Cost: free to attend, buy your own coffee/food if staying afterwards

Walk route:
We’ll meet outside Neighbourhood Cafe, walk down Bowen Street towards Queen Street and Latrobe Street, join the reserve / Linear Park path, follow it back up through the reserve and Brooker Park towards the St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School / Brooker Park access area, then return down Bowen Street and finish back at Neighbourhood Cafe for optional coffee.

The walk will be relaxed and beginner-friendly. No fitness level is required. No pressure to share personal things. No pressure to stay for coffee. Just come as you are, walk at an easy pace and take one small positive step.

This first soft launch is aimed at adults 18+.

Second Wind Gippsland is not counselling, therapy, crisis support or professional mental health treatment. It is a community connection and wellbeing initiative built around movement, routine, accountability and mateship.
